RCCG Dominion LightHouse held our first Leadership Conference in the last weekend of February, 2010. Titled, "Vitalizing the Potentials," the conference was addressed by Pastor Niran Fafowora from Ibadan, Nigeria.

The three-day event at the Holiday Inn in South Plainfied was well attended by RCCG members near and far.

Church Pastor, Segun Ilesanmi, indicated this was just the first of a series of leadership conferences to be organized to develop the potentials of church members for leadership positions.
